2015 Lucy G. Moses Landmarks Conservancy Award

The Downtown Brooklyn Apartment Building is known as “Old Brooklyn Fire House”. This 18-unit apartment building is described by The Landmark Preservation Commission’s as “one of New York’s best and most striking architectural compositions” and “one of the finest buildings in Brooklyn”.
